Bolognese sauce with a twist!

Yo! Bolognese Sauce is a new discovery in my world, but a very welcome development. It is a minced meat goodness that can do no wrong with pasta. If you would like to know how to bless your taste buds with this yummy goodness, please stick around, but first a brief bolognese history!

History of bolognese sauce

Bolognese sauce is a meat based sauce that originates from the city of bologna in Northern Italy.

In present time, Bolognese sauce has been seen to go beyond the shores of Northern italy, from rich families to the poorest of neighbourhoods with an addition of old beef meat to intensify its flavour.

It is also important to note that this particular recipe has no known (single) rigid ingredient list, however, there are two constant ingredients that have to be present where bolognese sauce is concerned, these are ; ground/minced beef and tomatoes.

Today, I would be sharing my own rendition of this famous sauce, and I assure you that it is most definetely a crowd pleaser.
