Cancellations and Refunds

Digital Products and Templates

All digital product and template sales from TSJMakeovers are final. Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Service Bookings

For service cancellations, please contact us at in**@ts**********.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Digital Templates

1. Digital Nature: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is complete.
2. Assets and Elements: The fonts, images, and elements used in our templates may be from third-party sources. Your purchase includes the template design only. Any premium elements from third-party platforms may require separate licensing or replacement with your own assets.
3. Individual Licensing: All products are sold to individuals. The license to each template is granted to the buyer only. See license details below.
4. Download Period: All template purchase links expire after 90 days from the date of purchase. Please save all templates to your relevant accounts or devices within this timeframe. While you’ll retain access to previously opened templates within the respective platforms, the original download links will no longer be accessible after the 90-day period.

Terms & Conditions (Canva Templates)

1. Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales made are final. There will be no refunds or exchange of items once a purchase is complete.
2. The fonts, images, and elements used are all available on Canva. Please note that you are purchasing the template only. The images and fonts used are properties of Canva. You may use them, or use your own. Some of the images or fonts may be Premium Canva elements, in which case, you may change the image or font with your own or a free image or font available with the free Canva account. Or, you can purchase the premium Canva images/fonts/elements.
3. All products are sold to individuals. The license to the template is given to the buyer only. See the license details below.
4. All Canva template purchase links expire after 90 days. Please open all Canva templates in the bundle PDF, so they’re saved in your Canva account. Once you open them, they’ll always be accessible within Canva, but you’ll lose access to the downloadable PDF after 90 days.

License Information

Personal Use License (Standard)

Our standard license included with all purchases permits personal use only. Under this license:

• You may use the template/product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may make unlimited copies of end products for your personal use
• You may NOT use the template/product for any commercial purposes
• You may NOT redistribute, resell, or share the template with others
• You may NOT modify and resell the template as a new product

Commercial Use License

For commercial use, please contact in**@ts**********.com to obtain appropriate licensing. Commercial use includes but is not limited to:

• Using templates for business purposes
• Creating products for sale
• Using templates in work done for clients
• Any use that generates direct or indirect income

Commercial licenses are available at different tiers based on your needs:

• Basic Commercial License: For small businesses with limited distribution (up to 500 copies)
• Standard Commercial License: For established businesses (up to 2,500 copies)
• Extended Commercial License: For larger businesses (up to 10,000 copies)
• Enterprise Commercial License: For unlimited usage

Intellectual Property Rights

All products, designs, and educational content are copyright of TSJMakeovers. We retain all intellectual property rights to our products and designs. Your purchase grants you a license to use the products as specified above, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the products in a way that:

1. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of TSJMakeovers or any third party
2. Violates any applicable laws or regulations
3. Creates products that compete directly with TSJMakeovers
4. Implies endorsement by TSJ Makeovers of your products or services
5. Uses the products in any pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable manner

User Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you are responsible for:

1. Ensuring you have the appropriate license for your intended use
2. Backing up your purchases within the specified download period
3. Obtaining any necessary third-party licenses for elements used in your final products
4. Complying with all terms of the applicable license

Modifications to Terms

TSJMakeovers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

TSJMakeovers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
