Yo! Guys have u ever tried Crepes with a variety of healthy fruits? If you haven’t my big question is Why?

This is some huge injustice to your taste buds, take it from me. If perhaps you know about crepes and fruits but have no idea of how to whip it up on your own, then I am your girl darling. I would be dropping this hot recipe down below, and you are absolutely welcome to try it out. 

INGREDIENTS {Makes 4-5 crepes depending on size}

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of Milk
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/8 cup of Sugar
  • 11/2 table spoons of Oil or unsalted melted butter 
  • Half pinch of salt
  • 1/1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 
  • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • Fruits of choice : Strawberries, mango, banana

STEPS

  1. In a clean blender, break in your eggs
  2. Then, follow through with the cup of milk
  3. Next, throw in your table spoons of oil/unsalted butter {which ever is available}
  4. Add in your water in specified quantity 
  5. Don’t forget your Sugar, nut meg and half pinch of salt
  6. Finally, pour in your all purpose flour and turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes to incorporate all of your ingredients together 
  7. In a clean bowl pour in your mix and then prepare your non stick frying pan for cooking the crepes 
  8. You could add some diced onions and scotch bonnet pepper to the mix in the bowl if you are about that life but I usually skip this
  9. Spray your non stick pan with some oil {very little} and with a scooping spoon, pour in the crepe batter 
  10. Make sure the crepe covers the whole extent of the pan to make it wider and to ensure that it gives that thin consistency  crepes are known for 
  11. Cook on both sides
  12. Serve beautifully with diced fruits of your choice.{ie mango, strawberries, banana}
