Bolognese sauce, but make it spicy?

INGREDIENTS
- 420 g ground minced beef
- 4 ripe and juicy tomatoes blended (or canned tomatoes)
- Tomato paste (100g)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1/4 cup of blended scotch bonnet pepper (ata rodo)
- 1/4 cup of blended deseeded local red bell peppers
- One full onion bulb (chopped)
- 1/4 of ketch up (could add more if you so desire)
- seasoning cubes (add as required)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 3/4 cup of oil for cooking
Instructions
- Start by adding some vegetable oil in a pot, then throw in your minced beef
- Add in some chopped onions, closely followed by your ginger and garlic paste and then your blended scotch bonnet pepper.
- Let it simmer for a bit, then add in your blended tatashe
- Pour in your tomatoes
- Add your preferred spices and seasoning (paprika pepper, cayenne pepper, curry powder, Bouillion cube)
- Pour in your ketch up
- Add some water and slow cook on low heat for 5-8 mins
- Add in a sprinkle of rose mary spice
- Your bolognese sauce is ready!
- Serve with some pasta and meat balls for maximum enjoyment
