Bread, so creamy and cheesy
Ingredients

- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 9 grams of yeast
- 300ml of warm milk
- I cup of sugar
- One teaspoon of salt
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- Cream cheese (emborg creamy cheese) 100mls
- Half cup of vegetable oil
- Sesame oil (50g)

Cooking instructions
- Start by pouring your milk into a measuring cup. Add in your yeast along with a cup of sugar to activate the yeast, then give the combination a good mix
- Once well mixed, pour in your vegetable oil and set aside
- In a mixing bowl, add in 2 cups of self raising flour, one cup of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients together
- Pour in your wet ingredients and leave the mixer to knead for a little over 3 mins before introducing your cream cheese in bits
- Allow to mix properly, this can be done for about 10 mins to ensure the dough is well mixed
- Cover your mixer bowl with cling film for 15 mins to allow the bread dough rise
- After 15 mins take it out of the mixing/kneader bowl and place it on the table counter
- Sprinkle some more self raising flour over it and commence your hand kneading on the counter
- Knead till very smooth and then cut into your desired size and shape based on what you set out to make
- Place your cut dough into the baking pan, leave it to rise for a few minutes and then coat the top with your egg wash and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
- Place in the oven till brown and well cooked, this usually shouldn’t take longer than 30 mins
