On today’s menu we would be discussing the nitty gritty of making delicious egg sauce, TSJ style. It is quick, easy and sumptuous.
Our magic Egg sauce ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- Cholesterol free cooking oil (21/2Tbs)
- 1 Gino pepper onions paste satchet
- 1 medium sized Tomato
- 1 medium sized Onion
- One chicken frank Sausage (optional)
- Dry paprika pepper (1 Tsp, you could add more depending on how spicy you want it)
- Bell peppers (optional) half yellow, half medium sized green peppers
- Corned beef ( 2 Tbs)
- Bouillion cubes (Half of a single cube)
STEPS
- Cut your tomato and Onion into bit sizes as well as your bell peppers, if they are included in your ingredient listing. Glaze them with a pinch of salt. (Don’t miss this step guys, it makes the veggies absolutely delicious!)
- Break two eggs into a round bowl or any bowl of your choice and add in your seasoning (appropriate bouillon cubes for taste, and paprika pepper).
- If you are game with adding sausages then chop it into a small bowl.
- In a clean frying pan, pour in your vegetable oil and sauté the diced tomato/onion and bell peppers for a full minute to get all the juicy flavors released.
- Squeeze in the Gino tomato paste and diced sausages
- The corned beef is also ready for it’s grand entrance
- Finally, pour in your eggs and fry on low heat till the egg is well cooked.
Just like that, yummy egg sauce is ready to be devoured with any Carb or main dish of your choice.
