Description
If you dislike the taste of eggs in your pancakes, then this recipe is for you fam!
Ingredients
– 2 cups all purpose flour
⁃ 1/2 cup Sugar
⁃ 1 table spoon baking powder
⁃ 2 table spoons Greek youghurt
⁃ 1/4 cup liquid milk
⁃ 2 drops vanillaessence
⁃ 11/4 cups of warm water
Instructions
- In a clean bowl, add in 2 cups of all purpose flour
- Follow this with half a cup of sugar and combine well
- Throw in 1/4 cup of liquid milk followed closely by 2 drops of vanilla essence
- Also throw in your table spoons of greek youghurt
- Finally pour in 11/4 cups of warm water to seal up the mix and make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated into the mix
- In a clean frying pan, pour in one teaspoon of oil and with a scooping spoon, add in your pancake mix
- Flip to brown the other side once you start to notice the tiny bubbles
- Serve warm with some greek youghurt and fruits of choice.
