Description

Ever tried potato burritos? If you haven’t then this recipe is for you


Ingredients

Scale

    • 200g Potatoes {Either sweet or Irish}

    • 100g Minced meat

    • Bacon (12 0z)

    • Green chilli pepper (5g)

    • Two medium sized tomatoes 

    • lime juice (2 tbs)

    • Avocado {optional}

    • Black pepper (1tsp)

    • Tortilla wraps (4 sheets)


Instructions

  1. Roast Two medium sized tomatoes, one garlic clove, and lime juice. One green chilli pepper and lightly before transferring to a blender
  2. Slice some avocados and set aside
  3. Add some olive oil and a little salt after blending and set aside
  4. Cut your potatoes into cube sizes and fry till all sides are golden brown
  5. In a clean pan, add a little salt to your bacon and fry till crunchy
  6. In the same pan, after taking out the bacon, put in a little more oil and begin your to cook your minced meat
  7. Throw in some sliced tomatoes and onions to amplify flavour
  8. Add some bouillion cubes and Paprika pepper
  9. Cook minced meat till significantly done, then break in your eggs and cook
  10. Warm your tortilla wrap lightly, before proceeding with the layering
  11. In a warm tortilla wrap, put in your potatoes along with the minced meat mix with eggs and bacon piece. You could add your avocado at this point if u so desire
  1. Roll the wrap to accomodate the filling
  2. Fry lightly on all sides
  3. Your potato burritos are ready
