Overnight soaked oats as a breakfast option, is one you should not sleep on


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cup rolled Old Fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Fruits of choice {optional}

Instructions

  1. Combine all your ingredients in the Jar, except the fruits
  2. Mix well together
  3. Add your fruits as toppings
  4. Store overnight in your fridge
  5. Breakfast is served!
