Ingredients for protein spice mix
- 2 tbsp greek youghurt to help soften your protein even more
- Paprika pepper (1 tbsp)
- Cayenne pepper (1 tbsp)
- Suya pepper (1 tbsp)
- Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
- Ketch up (2 tbsp)
- White pepper (1 tbsp)
- Boulllion cubes (1/2 one cube)

Instructions
- Start by shredding your Cabbage and carrots nicely, Add in a little mayonnaise and mix together before setting aside.
- Boil your eggs and with an egg slicer, slice into ring shapes and set aside.
- Shred your protein of choice and prepare for layering
- Get your bread and add some mayonnaise first, followed by your lettuce sheet
- Go in with your protein of choice, and your cabbage/Carrot mix
- Add another bread with another layer of egg rings and protein of choice and sprinkle some raisins. Then cover with another bread slice.
- Toast both ends of the bread that kiss the toaster lightly with a panini maker or eat without toasting
- Your yummy sandwich is ready for consumption!
