Don’t worry you don’t have to break the bank, they are simple, readily available ingredients. Find the full list below

  • 6 (Fresh) bread slices
  • 80 g Corned beef or sardines (whichever rocks your boat)
  • 2 Lettuce wraps (optional)
  • 1 Large tomato (sliced into rings)
  • 2 hard Boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar/mozzarella cheese
  • 60g Sliced chicken breasts (optional but amazing when added)
  • (1 fulll Tbs of Butter for spread on bread slices (I use low fat butter o please let’s not pack on calories)
  • 1 full tbs Mayonnaise
  • 2 small fingers of Carrots
  • 1/4 of a small Cabbage

STEPS!

1. Wash your hands and then wash it again!! The Sandwich zone is a no germs allowed zone simply because, the ingredients won’t be subjected to germ killing heat. Or better still, get food gloves but you still need to wash your hands o gloves or no gloves.

2. Now that your hands are clean, you can proceed to grating your clean and deskinned carrot along side shredding your cabbage.

3. This is your cue to boil your eggs and slice into rings with a slicer.

4. If you keyed into the chicken breasts, season to your satisfaction (paprika, bouillion cubes, suya spice) and sauté till well cooked. Then shred nicely using a fork or table knife if you please.

5. Cut your fresh/ clean tomatoes into cute rings and set aside.

6. In the bowl with the shredded cabbage and carrot, add a few spoons of mayonnaise and your cornbeef to spice things up.

7. We are ready for the mash up guys, so with each sandwich, we need 3 bread slices. Butter one side of each bread slice and toast in a pop up toaster lightly.

8. Lay one bread slice, butter down, and add a spoonful of your carrot/cabbage/Mayo/cornbeef mix and then a few tomato rings.

9. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up and then follow up with a platter of lettuce, add your cooked shredded chicken, sprinkles of mozzarella/ cheddar cheese and boiled eggs to the mix.

10. The next thing you want to do is cover it up with your final bread slice and cut into cute triangles!

11. Your amazing Sandwich is ready for consumption!

Remember not to share with anyone, eat till you are satisfied.

Ok just kidding, there is love in sharing.

Please let me know how your sandwich experience turns out, I most definitely want to know that it “burst brain” like I know it would.

Till later food besties! Stay Blessed.
