Ingredients

  • Bread { 2 Robustly sliced bread}
  • Full cream liquid Milk
  • Butter {Unsalted}
  • Eggs 
  • Parsley flakes
  • Cinnamon
  • Fruits {Berrries}
  • Greek youghurt as topping 

Instructions

Break your eggs into a bowl and follow up by pouring in your full cream liquid milk

  1. Beat the eggs and milk lightly for about One minute and proceed to adding in your parsley flakes and a pinch of cinnamon
  2. Combine your mixture and set aside
  3. Now get your robustly sliced sliced bread and put it in your egg/milk mixture, making sure that all sides are well coated
  4. Arrange your slices of bread on a tray while you prepare to cook
  5. In a clean pan, cut in a little cube of salted butter in the pan and spread it all round the pan with a bread knife
  6. Place your coated sliced bread into the mix and patiently ensure that both sides of the bread are well cooked, especially because the bread was soaked in raw eggs 
  7. Serve nicely with some fruits i.e Berries or Youghurt toppings if you so desire
