Break your eggs into a bowl and follow up by pouring in your full cream liquid milk
- Beat the eggs and milk lightly for about One minute and proceed to adding in your parsley flakes and a pinch of cinnamon
- Combine your mixture and set aside
- Now get your robustly sliced sliced bread and put it in your egg/milk mixture, making sure that all sides are well coated
- Arrange your slices of bread on a tray while you prepare to cook
- In a clean pan, cut in a little cube of salted butter in the pan and spread it all round the pan with a bread knife
- Place your coated sliced bread into the mix and patiently ensure that both sides of the bread are well cooked, especially because the bread was soaked in raw eggs
- Serve nicely with some fruits i.e Berries or Youghurt toppings if you so desire
