Instructions
- Mix your egg in a bowl with water and whisk for a 3-5 seconds. Set aside
- Get all your dry ingredients together in a bowl (flour, sugar, nutmeg, salt, powdered milk and milk flavor) Combine it all together
- Add in your butter and mix well with the flour, ensure there are no tiny chunks of butter left in the flour
- Pour in your whisked eggs and water
- Mix well till your dough is formed and let it rest for about 10 mins
- Get your hard boiled eggs and coat with some flour (just roll it in a plate with flour)
- Divide your dough into 6 different pieces and coat each egg completely with it
- Get your oil temperature ready ( it should be on moderate heat before introducing your egg roll in there. You could test with a little piece of dough, if it floats to the top, your oil is ready)
- Fry till all sides are golden brown and well done on the inside
