Ingredients
Penne pasta
Bell peppers (red and yellow)
Cooking cream (Light or heavy, whichever rocks your boat)
Spices (black, white, suya , cayenne and paprika pepper)
Instructions
- Add an appropriate amount of bouillion cubes to your chicken, follow with some spices(black, white, suya, cayenne and paprika) and then a little ketch up and pepper onion paste.
- Glaze your chicken breast mix with cooking oil and then place in the fridge to marinate for about 15 mins before roasting in the oven on medium heat
- Boil your pasta with a little salt and oil drop till it is soft enough to eat. Drain the excess water after boiling using a sieve and then set aside.
- In another pot, add a medium chunk of your unsalted butter, once it is melted go in with your chopped onions, and chopped bell peppers(which should have been prepped lightly with a little salt)
- Add just a little of your Gino pepper mix and stir before going in with your cooking cream.
- After the cream is in, you need to spice this ensemble up with your white, black, paprika and suya pepper spices and of course your bouillion cube to taste.
- Add in your roasted chicken must make their entrance
- Now that the mixture must have cooked for a few minutes, you can finally add in your pasta and parsley to garnish and stir of the yummy ness together.
- The last and final step is the addition of your shredded mozzarella cheese. A few cooking minutes longer, and your pasta is ready for consumption.
